Shah was at Delhi airport when he saw an elderly village couple from UP struggling at the airport with airport procedures. He immediately got the feeling that it might be their first time at the airport and approached them for help with a great smile on his face. He just asked them to follow him. After completing all the procedures, they got the seat in front of Amitabh on the flight.
